DATA
Schools need support—students are making life-altering decisions with limited exposure and little direction, while counselors are managing ratios that make personalized guidance difficult. On top of that, one-and-done career surveys are given too early and do not evolve as students grow and change.
We built Peek because the problem was too big to ignore: educators are under pressure to meet CCMR goals, parents are overwhelmed by postsecondary options, and, most importantly, students are left staring at one big question — "What do you want to do after high school?" — without the right information to confidently answer it.
Students care. They just don't know what's possible, who they are, and how that connects to real career options.
Peek closes that gap by giving students a fast, repeatable way to discover their best option—matching who they are to careers that fit. It’s designed to support counselors, not replace them, by making personalized guidance possible. And because students change over time, Peek does too—turning “I have no clue” into a next step they actually feel good about.

FOUNDERS
We didn't start in Silicon Valley. We started in classrooms, boardrooms, and the messy middle of real problems that needed solving. Between us, we've got decades of building things that matter. Elaine in product and tech, Ryan in education and leadership. Now we're building Peek because high school students deserve better than generic assessments and vague advice about their futures.
